KEVIN CARLTON
GENERAL MANAGER
Kevin is the 2nd generation member of the Carlton family to be involved with the RV dealership. Kevin is a graduate of Nashville Auto Diesel College in Tennessee. He started working for his parents in 1983 in the service department repairing campers. As time moved on, he moved into a sales role which he held until 2016. Since 2016, Kevin has been general manager & acting president of the Michigan dealership. Kevin is as well the main delivery driver for the rental division. When Kevin isn't working he enjoys spending time with his young grandkids, going up to his cabin on the lake with his wife & spending time on his boat. Kevin is also a Fire Chief for the local Chesaning Brady Fire Department.
JUSTINCARLTON
SALES & FINANCE MANAGER
Justin is the 3rd generation member of the Carlton family involved in the RV dealership. Justin started working for the company when he was 13 years old. At the age of 23, he left & spent 5 years at a competing dealership in Saginaw, working in sales & eventually became the Internet Sales Manager. He set numerous sales records while at this competing dealership. Justin came back to our dealership in 2016 and now manages our sales, finance, marketing & rental divisions. Justin is a 2019 recipient of the 40 Under 40 award presented by the RV Industry Association, a 2021 recipient of the 40 Under 40 award presented by RV Pro Magazine & a 2024 40 Under 40 award winner by Vintage Trailer magazine, all very prestigious awards that have been presented to only one other person in Michigan history. Additionally, Justin was voted the 2023 business person of the year by the Chesaning Chamber of Commerce. Justin served on the board of directors for the Michigan Association of Recreational Vehicles & Campgrounds (MARVAC) from 2020-2024. When Justin isn't working he enjoys spending time with his 3 young children, playing ice hockey, coaching youth sports, driving his classic 1950s cars & trucks, attending college football games with his wife , traveling, and camping all over the country in their retro camper, so far they have camped in 14 states. KOREYANNCARLTON
SALES & INVENTORY SPECIALIST
Koreyann is the newest member of the Carlton family. She married Justin in September of 2019. She is originally from the Thumb area of Michigan. Koreyann started working for Carlton Camping Center in 2018. She handles many tasks for the dealership including parts inventory. Her most recent task has been as a sales specialist. Koreyann has completed several sales training programs & is eager & happy to help you & your family find the perfect camper! When Koreyann isn't working she enjoys spending time with her young children, thrill seeking, adventures, traveling, kayaking, hiking, camping, cross-fit, attending football games with Justin, motorcycles, riding in their classic cars, music & reading.
