COVID-19 UPDATE

An update for our valued customers:

As you know, the state of Michigan ’ “Stay Home. Stay Safe. Save Lives.” Executive Order was extended through May 28th. We will remain closed to walk-in traffic at this time. However, we want you to know we are still here for you. We plan to fully re-open Monday, June 1st. 

Here’s how we can still assist you:

SALES – Our Internet Sales Department is open. We are still working behind the scenes from the safety of our home, so please contact us with any of your RV inquiries! Here’s how:

  • All units unlocked daily 9am-8pm for viewing with information inside. Please sanitize hands & wear a mask.

  • Schedule a Virtual Visit! Using Skype or Facetime, our salespeople can walk you right through the RV of your dreams making you feel like you are there while you sit back and relax from the comforts of home.

  • Schedule a Private Appointment. (Appointments will be scheduled at the discretion of the salesperson and only once your RV search has been narrowed down. Appointments will be made for serious buyers who are looking to buy right away)

  • Secure financing right through our website and have the option to complete necessary paperwork via good old-fashioned snail mail or in person the day of pick up in a safe space. 

  • Come to our dealership & receive a full socially distanced walk through orientation (masks required) we will set your hitching up, show you the features of your unit & then your off to enjoy your new camper.

SERVICE – Our Service Department is currently closed except for emergency situations (full timers) or to assist medical employees. Once we open back up we will be very busy & backed up in our service department so schedule your RV service appointment today to get in line for Summer camping! Here’s how:

  • Fill out the contact us form tab on our website giving us as much detailed information as possible. We will respond as soon as possible to see how we can assist you. 

  • Drop your RV off right in our service parking lot and leave the keys as well as a detailed note with your full unit information, full name, phone number, home address, email address & information on what work needs to be completed in the Key Drop in our first overhead bay door. (No contact necessary!)

  • Your RV will sit untouched in our lot for a minimum of 3 days – after which we will begin work on your RV in line of the appointments made. (Emergency cases & essential medical staff first & then the rest of our customers as follows by when they made their appointment)

  • Please allow extra time for work to be completed as our staff is going to be very limited and most of our manufacturers and part suppliers are closed as well. 

STORAGE – Our store is currently closed, but you may pick up your unit after payments have been made.

  • Fill out the contact us form tab on our website, giving us as much detailed information as possible with your name, phone number, what year/make/model unit you are picking up and vin #. 

  • Pay for your remaining balance over the phone at 989.598.6702

  • Nobody will be at the store to assist with storage so make sure you are prepared to pick your unit up from our storage lot. Batteries may be dead so bring jumper cables or a jump box to be safe.

PARTS/PROPANE – Our Parts & Propane Department are currently closed except for emergency situations. If there is a specific part you need or you absolutely need propane, we will try to fulfill your request the best we can.

  • Fill out the contact us form tab on our website, giving us as much detailed information as possible. 

  • Complete the transaction over the phone with a credit/debit card.

  • Schedule Curbside Pickup – Schedule a day/time to pick up your part and simply call when you arrive, and someone will bring your parts order out to you.

RENTALS– Our Rental Department is still hard at work behind the scenes from home. Whether you’re looking to schedule your summer vacation or in need of an RV for emergency temporary housing, we will try our best to fulfill your requests!

  • Complete your RV reservation over the phone and through email.

  • You can be assured the RV will be cleaned, detailed and sanitized prior to your pickup.

  • Delivery options also available in Michigan. Contact us for details and pricing quotes.

  • If you need an RV for emergency temporary housing, first check with RVs for MDs to Fight Coronavirus on Facebook, this is a wonderful group of people around the country offering FREE RV Rentals to medical employees (unfortunately at this time we can not offer FREE RV Rentals so check this group out first!)
