Our very own, Justin Carlton is a two time award winner of this prestigious award. The 2019 awards were held in Salt Lake City, Utah during the RV Industries RVX Expo. The 2021 awards were held in Las Vegas, Nevada at Paris Hotel during the RVDA expo. Being in a class with RV manufacturing owners from brands such as Vanleigh RV, Travel Lite RV, Ember RV & East to West RV & representatives from companies such as Winnebago, Airstream & Keystone among others. It is a huge honor to be in a class with some of the heavy hitters of the RV Industry, especially coming from a small town dealer in Chesaning, Michigan. Justin is just one of two people from the state of Michigan to ever be awarded this honor & he is the first two time award winner.

Every year the RV Industry Association & RV Pro Magazine, identifies current & future leaders in the RV industry who are under the age of 40 & top in their field. These are people who demonstrate commitment to the RV Industry, exhibit potential and skills to advance the RV Industry, show leadership ability and strive to make a difference in their own organization as well as the RV industry as a whole. Out of the 3,500+ RV dealerships in the USA & Canada & the hundreds of RV manufacturers & suppliers qualifying applicants are chosen and then the board members sit down and goes through each applicant and narrow the field down to just 40 award members.
