COVID-19 CONTACTLESS SALES PROCESS
An update for our valued customers:
As you know, the state of Michigan ’ “Stay Home. Stay Safe. Save Lives.” Executive Order was extended through May 28th. Our store/offices will remain closed to walk-in traffic at this time. However, we want you to know we are still here for you. We plan to fully re-open the interior of our building on Monday, June 1st.
Here’s how we can still assist you:
SALES – Our Internet Sales Department is open. We are still working behind the scenes from the safety of our home, so please contact us with any of your RV inquiries! Here’s how:
Shop on our website: & choose an RV. If you see an RV & would like a video walk through, please feel free to ask your sales rep.
You may also visit our dealership for a contactless shopping experience. All units unlocked daily from 9am-8pm. Please wear a mask & sanitize your hands while shopping on our lot.

Put the RV on hold & secure your purchase with a minimum of $500.00 deposit. This can be done over the phone with a Visa, Master or Discover card.
If you have a trade in, simply send us the year/make/model/vin# and tell us the condition/issues of your trade in. Photos always help. As well please let us know your pay off amount if you still have a loan on the RV.
Fill out a credit application on our website & text or email a photo of your drivers license front & back to 989.323.1012 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Make final arrangements to pick up your new RV & sign all final closing documents.
Unit will then be prepped & fully cleaned/sanitized by one of our prep staff members.
On your scheduled pickup day we will do a socially distanced walk through demo orientation & hitching setup in person (masks & gloves worn by everyone) we can also do a virtual walk through demo orientation with FaceTime, Skype, Zoom or any other video chat if you feel more comfortable that route.
Please use the restroom before your appointment as our indoor facility will be closed to the public until further notice.
